You got problems right? You don’t have a girl, you don’t have enough money to use for experiences, parties, cars, whatever. You can’t even make yourself any better because each day you wake up, shit come right in your face that you think it’s never getting any good. You think that everybody hates you because of whatever fucked up shit that your brain makes up about you. And then you lie, you fucking lie so much that nobody really knows who you are, and you even start lying to yourself. All because you think you are inadequate, you think you are shit. shit always get bombed with another shit. day and day, you want to kill yourself. Your ugly, you are impotent, you are small, you are dark. You are stupid, and will never be smart. You are weak and will never be strong.
Wake up, wake the fuck up!
YOU ARE ALREADY NOTHING
What the fuck do you do with a fucking canvass when it’s clean? you fucking dirty it up with your scribbles until you start making out something beautiful. REALIZE! that since you are nothing, and you are at the lowest low, that doesn’t mean that you are negative. Remember if you add negative to negative it will be negative. But if you keep adding positives to the negatives, it becomes positive until it spontaneously grows into infinity. but that is besides the point. Since you are already nothing, you are allowed to fail, you are allowed to be rejected, and allowed to be hated, you are allowed to be whatever fucked up thing that is inside everyone else’s brain, but you yourself know who the fuck you are. And you are nothing. SInce you are nothing, failing, not gaining anything from any work done, and you still end up nothing. 0 + 0 = 0 . but you tried, you did the first step into becoming great! and that is you started something, you initiated what your thoughts want to do.
Nothing really matters. This world is temporary, yes! with this thought, you know that you are going somewhere else after this, somewhere quite different from where we are now. Whatever we call it, it is truth, because it is in every religious text, in every spiritual or philosophical thought, we know that this world is temporary. THAT MEANS, that whatever you do doesn’t really matter, even if you started something and you failed, it doesn’t matter because the minute you fail, you wake yourself up again and start something again. You learn and learn, and you become wise, the next time you start something, you have wisdom in your decisions, your insight is developed, intuition enhanced, you see the situations perfectly, and you know what to do. Remember, that you are already nothing, make something out of that nothing.
One day when you are gifted with being able to achieve the greatest spiritual heights. You will wake up in a world where the possiblities are endless, that whatever happens, things are always alright. You become patient, content, and thankful. You lose yourself into the universe, which will always work for you if you stop going against it.
So stop worrying, and do something.
stop being angry, and understand.
live to try to be the best human being, and make best of other human beings.
This is all because
GOD IS GREAT.

END OF THE CURRENT WORLD : one day the triangle turns upside down
It is as though the world is coming to an impending doom. Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Hurricanes, and Storms are coming more quickly everywhere in the world more often. Aside from the natural disasters, there are political struggles in Israel and Palestine, there is the Arab Spring uprising, and Impatient “99%” are camping everywhere in the world. The financial systems in Europe are turning against themselves, U.S. keeps on bullying oil rich countries, and ultimately, the end of oil as we know it is coming. Then there are speculations that yes, the world is going to end soon, all signs are pointing out to it.
Let us go back to oil, which is imminent. Our sources of oil and coal are continually depleting, while new fuel technologies are already available, Greedy western capitalists keeps on sucking oil from everywhere it is available while suppresing new technologies. What they cannot see is that the oil dependent world will eventually crumble. The west, which is completely ruled by its oil dependency will be shut down, by the time the last drop of oil is depleted. By this time, United States who leads the world in fighting terrorism (as a secret ploy to get middle east oil) will use every bit of conpiracy to have the ticket to Bomb middle east (especially Iran) and Given that U.S. has enough military capacity, they will win against Iran and other oil rich nations, in a desperate attempt to consolidate every last drop of oil. Yes, the United States will eventually have to fight against these oil rich countries, to get their “oil fix”. Massive uprising all over the world against the united states injustice will eventually be brought up, which will hurt the united states financially. The financial system will then collapse with the last and final bubble burst. The rich, who doesn’t know anything about farming and self sustainance, will eventually be poor, having no capacity to sustain themselves. The poor, will eventually be the richest since the poor are the only ones who knows how to survive in the new economic climate. But, massive hunger and famine will be at foot, and floods and hurricanes will be rampant. Money will be of no use, since the financial system will crash, and the only means for people to sustain themselves is to farm crops.
At long last, all the people of the world will ask for God’s Help, and help will come in the form of the second coming, and the emergence of “the Caller” none other than the 12th Imam, Imam Mahdi. The world as we know it will completely change.

life:
In March 1939 LIFE magazine celebrated The Metropolitan Museum of Art with an eight-page article featuring photos of objects and artifacts from the renowned collection…
Here, in beautiful, stark black and white, are the Egyptian cats and the ornate mummy cases; the Hall of Armor and the Rodin sculptures; the Greek battle tableaux and the quiet, elegant architectural exhibitions — all by LIFE’s Alfred Eistenstaedt. In short, the myriad elements and scenes that have always made a trip to the Met (as LIFE put it in 1939) “as much fun as rummaging through a king’s attic.”

The Balentimes
Writing an article about a day doesn’t need to be done on that day. It can be done any day, just like how love can be given any day not just on a special day, and certainly love is not expensive chocolates or flowers, or fancy dinners. But no, I am not one of those people in 9gag who cry about being alone on february the 14th, or the people on facebook who “doesn’t care about the valentines” but still talk about it. I tend to observe things that are happening around and just think, why is it happening and how is it relevant.
Now, here are somethings that got me into thinking a few days before February 14 until the day itself. I have observed the huge influx on twitter and facebook about how people feel about the valentines. The internets are flooded with quotes, love songs, and gift ideas. But more than that is the hate, well I just tend to think that this hate probably comes from the fact that most of these posters are single people. Then the TVs become blasted with what and where to buy the chocolates, the flowers, the expensive dinners. Not only that, the prices of these things tend to shoot up a day prior to valentines, according to the news. Outside the world of media, we see men hurrying up, buying things, calling people for dinner reservations, picking out flowers for a bouquet, and stuff like that. It really did become a commercial phenomenon rather than a spiritual one.
Whatever the origin of the day is, whether it’s a relevant day or not, we still cannot dismiss the fact that on that day, prices for chocolates and flowers shoot up, couples go dating and give gifts, lovers profess their love to their beloveds, people smile and give way, love songs are played on the radio, single people cry, boyfriends with no money cry, girlfriends not given gifts cry, so on and so fourth. All these romantic valentine things are funny yes, but it’s happening and it will be hard to stop if one is devoted to stopping it. But even more funny is the Male side of the story.
The players; On february 13 to the morning of the next day, these players go look for single ladies especially the lonely ones, and try to mate with them as possible. It’s not that they are desperate geeks but it’s just that their hormones can probably sense that women are more likely to agree on a sexual arrangement on the day where no one would really give them “the love that they deserve” and so the players go on hyper mode, trying to fuck anything that moves. The are the boyfriends, who has trouble picking out flowers, and gifts, and dinner dates, even more is the trouble they get into financially. Oh, you know how most of the women are, they will say it’s okay not to get anything on valentines, but they still want it anyway so they get sad and mad on the day. (whew!) So, it is important for these boyfriends to go out and pick a good flower or a box of chocolates. That’s another thing, women, love chocolate but don’t want to get fat, I don’t understand why 0% fat chocolates are not that very famous. Going back, Yes it is important for the guys to give their ladies something, because they don’t like seeing other women having a good time with their lovers while they sit there alone with no one loving them. Then there are the hopeless romantics who pull out stunts so they can get the attention of their beloved.
Whatever the day is for, it still exists, and there is really no reason to hate it. I don’t really have it on my calendar of special days because I don’t really conform to the western traditions, but having friends honoring the day as the “heart’s day” we can’t help but to “DO AS THE ROMANS DO”.
but never forget that love is given everyday by your God through everything wonderful that you take benefit from. So don’t forget to give love back

Addicted
It started with Reading a book. There was this old book just laying around, I didn’t bother to read it because it was old, and I didn’t understand it’s Jabber. So I just let it sit in where it sat, and cared not about what it said. Then the book came back to me, through a Tablet with a screen. I opened it again, and read. There was this button I clicked, and the Tablet made a sound. “BISMILLAHIRAHMANIRAHEEEM” it said. And I wanted to find out what it meant. so I opened up the translation and clicked english. From that day On, life was different.
I read it over and over again, skipping pages, opening them up randomly. This book was peculiar, because it was made 1400 years ago, with no alteration and yet, it is there speaking about what is happening to me. It told me to pray, and bow before a Transcendental Being it calls “ALLAH”. So I did pray, and bow, and prostrate, in the direction of the Qibla, where the center of this world is. It also told me to give a portion of my wealth to the needy from time to time. My life somehow changed, when the habit just couldn’t be stopped anymore. I was smiling and more lively, and always making high fives with my homies. I got addicted to bowing and prostrating, reciting words that are enlightening. I got addicted to giving coins to the poor, food, if I had extra. But most of all, I put myself in a position where understanding is much clearer.
The greatest drug of all

BISAYA
Confusion in language is always funny. Growing up from a muslim dominated town called Cotabato, language has always been a hard thing to master for most of my fellow Maguindanons. We learn Maguindanon from our parents, Tagalog(Cotabato style) from our classmates and neighbors, and ofcourse English from the teachers, Not to mention the daily routine of Islamic prayers read and said in Arabic. Our tounge became quite a mixture of different worldly flavors of the west the middle east and the far east.
It is very common then to see borrowed words from foreign languages to be used as everyday maguindanon alternative, to anything that is not named by our forefathers. You can observe a lot of malasyian and arabic similarities in the words that maguindanons use. but even more common are borrowed words which has a whole new meaning in the maguindanon language. one example of it is BISAYA.
Not spoken like BI-SA-YA like how davaoenos say BI-SA-YA. but bisaya, no stops or pauses, accentuations or what ever, just bisaya. say it as fast as you can and that’s how maguindanons use the word. Aside from this word being pronounced in a different way, it also has a whole new meaning.
BISAYA, are defined as anyone who is,
1.Non-muslim
2.speaks bisaya or tagalog
3.Non-muslim
And, like any extremist dominated society, bisaya (the word) is usually followed by derogative, demeaning, destructive, etc. phrases, that would surely create a bad taste once heard. This is very common though for us Maguindanons, to be our harshest in our words and expressions even when talking about eachother. Generalized view of the bisaya is really common, and i dare not to speak of it in the interwebs. This is what you might call 21st century racism in the philippines. The hate is just so rampant.
Now, living in Davao for almost a decade will make you learn so much about a foreign culture that it opens your mind to a different mindset, a different set of people, with different kinds of attitudes, and way of life.
This is my observation of the BISAYA.
Let us start with where i ended, hate. Most Bisayas are as hateful as any other hateful person in the world. They are what in the dialect is called “ISOG” or tough. They are “chuy” or always want to be “chuy” but nobody wants to admit it. Alot of them, just like any other “pinoy” is lazier than a sloth. If you have what you call “filipino time”, then there can be called bisaya time, which is be there whenever, just wait. They also blame people a lot, common instinct for them is to point fingers when things get heated up. They are also very apathetic, their concerns are less than what a normal person would be concerned about. All this DDS stuff? well if somebody gets killed in a street in davao city by a gunman riding a motorcycle, a typical Bisaya will say “Gaba lagi”, and walk pass as if nothing happened. The rich ones are worse, they always seemed like manilenyos with nothing to care about but all the life’s luxuries (well like most rich people anyway). Even worse, there are the Ambisyosas (people who think they are rich) who always wear the finest clothes, walk in finest shoes with matching fake triple class A gucci bags. These Ambisyosas care about nothing but to look good in front of people, party, and pick up a girl fight. In the end, these ambisyosas and aktors, just want to get laid in the end, that’s why they have revolved their lives around creating their egos. They are also very whiny, it’s almost as if everything else is a burden except sleeping, eating, drinking, and merry making. They are also a bunch of the funniest people on earth, the language itself is part of the humor because the words are just so obscure that any joke that is said in bisaya can easily be funny. They are a joyous bunch of people, who loves to sing, dance, drink (A LOT), and sleep all the time. They even like being “HAYAHAY” rather than being productive. They are also very defensive, and will be quite offended by this bunch of words that i typed for the internets to see. What is funny is that, unlike my people, they solve their problems with words, but end up fighting with hands, and make ammends with words again. Underneath it all, is a cowardly bisaya who just wants to look tough (chuy). Being romantic in this city is wildly criticized, the common things you here from the chix are, “jamming” “weh?” or just “K.”, and there is this catchphrase “ESTORYAHEE” that is said by a bisaya once a cheesy line is spoken to the chix. One thing I also observed about them is that, they tend to always try to avoid deep discussions, or try to stop you from starting one. Unlike my people who always try to contribute to a discussion with their own insight (probably because noone want to look dumb), they usually just listen or just try to stop any conversation from happening. Ofcourse their common conversations consists of everyday gossip, jokes, basketball scores, chix, partying, and others. It’s always where to go next, what to do next.
Now, im not saying that all bisayas are like this, but maybe a majority of them. Just common observation about the kind of people i have gotten to live with for a decade, and probably decades more. I have gotten to love the life they lead and I will probably never leave this city and these people no matter how intolerant they may become.
